This is a four week Opinion Unit to help kindergarten writers become confident writing persuasive books about their thoughts and feelings. Kindergarten students will learn the difference between fact/opinion, pick a topic they have a strong opinion in, and list reasons why they have their opinion.
This unit goes through the book making process slowly by allowing students to complete at their own pace. Students will be met where they are developmentally with 3 different book options and 2 different individual sheets.
